“Pros: Good management company and friendly owner. Organized storage space, good parking. Cons: Our contact with the management company was often difficult to communicate with and caused some confusion and frustration for all tenants in the building. Some of their emails were hard to follow or understand. Advice to landlord: Be more transparent and/or send clearer emails to tenants.”
