“Pros: The building courtyard is maintained. Especially during the spring and summer it’s beautiful. Cons: Unfortunately the outside courtyard is the only thing maintained. My apartment was a hot mess and it’s a battle to get anything fixed.”

“Pros: Nice courtyard and neighbors Cons: Fire hazards, shoddy repairs, peeling paint, slow response to apartment and complex issues, and poor security - some building doors' locks are broken, buzzers sometimes don't work, and more. Advice to landlord: Honesty is the best policy.”
