“Unit 3 Pros: great location, renovated Cons: Didn’t have heat or hot water during the winter, had to get the city involved because my apartment temp was 59 degrees in WINTER.”

“Pros: The building is beautiful and nicely renovated. Cons: No access to the backyard and the landlords are greedy and unorganized. Advice to landlord: Better system for managing payment and not raising the rent every year.”
