“Pros: great location, respsonsive management, quiet apartment Cons: laundry room could be cleaner”

“Pros: Very respectful neighbors Cons: Not great responsiveness”

“Pros: In the center of everything: bars, restaurants, parks, etc. There are no bars on the block but has tons of neighborhood go-to spots for everything. The super is very attentive and always happy to help. Cons: The street can be loud because of people coming back from the bars in the area and traffic/firetrucks passing through. Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work!”
