Understanding and accommodating landlord Cons: The hallway and stairs are quite dirty, mail is stolen often since the delivery person has no access unless you’re home to buzz them in, washer dryer can only handle small loads and breaks often, some water damage and pest proble Advice to landlord: More proactive maintainence of washer/dryer, better pest control, give mail delivery access to first door and lock second door so mail is less likely to be stolen”
