“Unit 2R Pros: Close proximity to laundry, train and grocery. Nice roof to chill on. Company very lenient with tenants, and always sent maintenance when needed. Cons: The roaches, the mice, the stairs are decaying, no regular maintenance or upkeep is done, no cleaning is ever done, mail is just thrown on the floor with everyone elses, Maintenance just puts bandaids on issues. Advice to landlord: Regular pest control, fix the stairs, this isnt a slum.”
