“Pros: The building is clean and pretty modern. Rooms are actually worth the price for the size they provide you with. Cons: The landlord wants us to find tenants for the apartments we don’t even live in.. even told us he was going to move us out.. if we didn’t find anyone when in the lease says we are not responsible for that... Advice to landlord: Find your own tenants through an agency.”
