“Pros: Cheap but not by a lot Cons: So small I am certain they turned a big master room into two rooms and that was what all the "remodeling" was for Advice to landlord: Get better brokers”

“Unit 5 Pros: Good location, good heat, and things get fixed eventually. Cons: There is a large trash issue from the restaurants / super. Trash is not taken out in a timely manner and piles up in the lobby attracting animals and causing a bad smell. Advice to landlord: Replace the super.”
