“Pros: Nice super. Tries his best to work on repairs. But landlord won’t approve material for him to complete work orders. Cons: Worst landlord and management office. They don’t care about tenants. They’re the same management from the building that collapsed on burnside on December 2023. They create illegal apartments over charge rents and refuse to repair anything. Advice to landlord: Sell the property or let the city take it”
