“Pros: The apts are fully renovated, the neighbors were quite. The building was clean and landlords were always responsive. Cons: There was no central heat. We had to use the electrical heaters in the apt, which cost a lot of money in the winter time. I could smell the weed in my apt, through the central vent Advice to landlord: Having a central heat will be the thing that I suggest to fix.”
