“Pros: The tenants are all great, being right next to the Church ave station is very convenient. Some apartments are renovated-ish. Cons: There is an obscene amount of open HPD violations that are ignored such as: faulty elevators people get stuck in, rodents and roaches, leaking ceilings, water being cut off from the whole building with no / short notice, etc. Tenants have had to organize in order to have basic needs met! Advice to landlord: Meet our demands and provide livable housing to all tenants.”
