“Pros: wonderful staff, clean building, not overcrowded Cons: elevators take awhile, packages make the lobby look overcrowded Advice to landlord: rents are a bit high compared to the new buildings in the area with many more amenities”

“Pros: Clean hallway and excellent amenities. The gym is not crowded. Cons: Although there is a doorman for security purposes, that person cannot really tell who lives there and my friends can theoretically come into the building without me knowing. Advice to landlord: The amenities are good, and it would be better if the sky deck has more chairs.”
