“Pros: - Super lives on the same block - responsive landlord - small building (8 units overall) - Dishwasher - Laundry in building - Tenant controls AC/Heating - pets allowed - Close to the L - Close to grocery store Cons: I can’t think of any. I love my building and have renewed my lease for two years. Super is friendly and responsive during situations with clogged drains, changing our air filters, and times when we’ve locked ourselves out. Advice to landlord: Make laundry free.”

In-building laundry, courtyards that are well kept, common hallways cleaned regularly, garbage management regularly on site. Large, bright units. Great rental prices. Communicative building management. I can't say more positive things about my experience with this place. They own a few other buildings in the area, too. Cons: The laundry units weren't the best, but they were maintained regularly. Advice to landlord: Keep it up!”
