“Unit 3L Pros: Three short blocks from Kings Hwy B/Q train stop. Generally a quiet neighborhood. Just a block from many stores and restaurants on Kings Highway. Cons: I lived in apt 3L for the past 5 years. I'm moving out due to new upstairs neighbor with two small children who ran across from one end of their apt to the other and stomp all day every day. When I went up to request them to try to keep it down, the husband threatened to kill me if I ever bring up about the noise again. I reported it to the management, but ultimately, they could not do anything, and the upstairs tenants are ignoring the management's request to lay down carpet to reduce the noise.”
