“Unit B6 Pros: The only pros are they are some nice ppl that lives in the building and it’s close to a lot of trains and buses Cons: It’s had bed bugs rats they don’t clean the building the superintendent is very rude no hot water building is very dirty the lighting to the building is horrible please don’t move here. They go up on your rent every year Advice to landlord: Fix your problems in your building they need to shut y’all down ASAP and I hope y’all have move everyone in all of y’all buildings”
