“Pros: It's in a great location right across the street from Fort Tryon Park, a 3-minute walk to the subway. Cons: Noisy, disrespectful neighbors, lazy super, unresponsive management. Advice to landlord: Just because you offer fairly inexpensive rent, doesn't let you off the hook in taking care of your tenants.”
