“Pros: Our unit had washer & dryer in unit. Cons: Pest control was supposed to be every month, but skipped all the time. After 3 years, bugs and mice became much more prominent. Management did not take responsibility a lot. Advice to landlord: Be more professional and treat your building better.”

“Pros: Decent and affordable Cons: Had a roach issue since we moved in. Now we have a roach and mice issue. Advice to landlord: Please help kill the mice and roaches.”

“Unit 15 Pros: Building is fine, not a ton of pros. Neighbors are friendly. Cons: Management is mostly unresponsive, there are issues with roaches and mice, issues with maintenance requests going unanswered for weeks, and the building is poorly maintained. Advice to landlord: N/A”
