“Pros: washer and dryer in unit. huge bathroom Cons: constantly people on the steps outside blocking the entrance. no elevator in building , noise complaints”

“Pros: In unit w/d, central AC, balcony, huge bathtub Cons: Loud as hell during the summer, people from other buildings will come park their cars outside and blast music all night. Building is not very clean, getting packages can be a crapshoot”
