We've really enjoyed all of the building staff - they are incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offer package delivery to your unit, for example. Another great benefit is that there is an Equinox gym in the retail level of the building with a private elevator for building residents and discounted monthly memberships. Cons: Our unit is South facing the Chelsea Market, so there is not a lot of natural light in the unit. Also, there are some things that a little bit outdated in the unit for being a luxury building, such as the bathroom sink and kitchen finishes. Overall, the cons of the building is that you are paying a premium rent due to the location and could probably get more value elsehwere.”

The renters roof room has been unavailable for the past few months. The working spaces / printer are nice to have but I don't use since there arent windows.”
