“Pros: Fine building overall. They keep the alley where the trash goes clean and orderly. (Landlords before were more engaged with the apartment) Cons: Repairs take forever. They are not responsive, and when they are, they often treat the tenants with little priority. Not transparent, it's on tenant to make sure the work is done. Very common theme is we email them and have to follow up one, two or more times just to get one response. Hot water issues, during peak winter storm and they haven't fixed it as of me writing this (6 days). Mold issues. No consistent super which leaves tenants independent. Advice to landlord: Strengthening the response times, being transparent when there's issues. Actively fixing issues when raised.”
