“Pros: Very clean, especially in comparison to other apartments in this area! Cons: Some noise because some tenants have kids that often run around! Plus, this neighborhood tends to be loud in general so it’s unavoidable. No elevators (there are six floors!), no insulation.”

You can hear everything through the walls and the property owner does not solve complaints of noisy neighbors Advice to landlord: Get thicker walls and quieter tenants”
