“Pros: Location is decent Cons: Garbage was never under control and you would need to move garbage out of the way just to walk up the stairs. Apartment is alright in normal times but was not a good living space when you’re working from home Advice to landlord: Better garbage system in place”

“Pros: Huge rooms, high ceilings Cons: Garbage piles up at the door, smells. Garbage man is sweet but the building is too dirty for his cleanings to make any difference. Advice to landlord: Get a professional cleaner at least twice a year, keep garbage in basement.”
