“Pros: Great location. Residents in the building have lived here for a long time and are very kind. Building has run stabilized unit units so very affordable. Cons: Management of the building is actively violating several city codes. The building is poorly maintained and management is slow to respond. You will also see a lot of bugs. Advice to landlord: Take care of the building”
