“Unit 1A Pros: 9 min away from the subway, rent price is ok, amenities are ok. Cons: Landlord doesn’t respond. We had a flooding on our basement and he took 2 days to fix it and never sent anyone to clean. Living in the first floor is a terrible idea because the main building door is loud and you can hear everything. Only windows on one room. Advice to landlord: Better response”
