“Pros: The neighborhood is great. The neighbors are nice and decent all around. Trains are really close by and so are the buses Cons: The landlord never does repairs. There are so many roaches. The walls are peeling. There is mold everywhere. The heat only works sometimes and never all day/night. You have to shovel whenever it snows. There are cracks in all the walls. The walls have never been repainted. The landlord raises the rent every year. The roof leaks. All the windows leak. The front yard is always covered in garbage. The backyard is hazardous and overgrown with plants. Advice to landlord: Do the repairs. Stop harassing your tenants. Call an exterminator for the rodents and roaches. Treat your tenants like humans”
