“Pros: All 16 unit neighbors are all great and friendly. Laundry on site. Not a lot of noise from neighbors mostly all quiet. Kid friendly. No pets. Cons: Not the cleanest staircase, hallways and lobby. Did not offer any COVID relief on rent like many other buildings in Staten Island and NY have done. Advice to landlord: Make sure the lobby and stairwell are always clean!!! -should offer some type of COVID relief on rent like many other landlords have done.”
