“Pros: Straightforward apartment, no major issues Great location close to Tompkins Square Park, Stuytown, and lots of bars/restaurants Lots of natural light Super is very helpful Roof deck is a nice perk Elevator is very useful for moving Cons: Noise from nearby construction can be disruptive Some issues with toilets and sinks not working correctly but were resolved”

“Unit 2A Pros: Roof deck open most of the day, nice digital system, packages usually placed in the lobby in piles, nice neighbors Cons: Walls are thin, can't use elevators to reach floors 4-6 unless you live there.”

“Pros: Small unit, but gets the job done. Owner emails updates and responds quickly. Roof has beautiful view. Cons: Moved in the an unclean unit, however owner worked with me to compensate. Super can be helpful sometimes, unresponsive other times. Building has quirks.Could be better could be worse. Advice to landlord: Fix the little things”
