“Pros: It has a gym and rooftop parking. The people who live there are nice and quiet, so there’s no issue with that. Cons: They charge for everything. The parking, gym, and lounge are all a waste of money. There’s no TV in there, and nothing special. Advice to landlord: The weed smell got to go”
