“Pros: Area and price Cons: Cleanliness and super / management”

“Unit 5f Pros: Location is great for the price. We have an in-unit laundry and dishwasher as well. It's small and a walk-up building but it does the job Cons: Building super is forgetful, and often times, not respectful of people's times. Would promise to do something but doesn't show up. We've only lived here for 4 months but there has been so many issues that he hadn't (or had been SUPER late to) dealt with Advice to landlord: Replace super. Or make super more accountable about his actions and promises.”

“Pros: The apartment I lived in was nicely remodeled and had a washer dryer in unit. Cons: The all in one washer dryer didnt work well. It would also get extremely hot when the dryer was on, which was not ideal in the summer. The water temps were tough to control. Not sure if it was a 5th floor issue or not, but it took sometimes 10 minutes to get hot water. Finally, the noise from 2nd avenue was too much for me, so i had to move. Advice to landlord: Figure out the water temp issues.”
