“Pros: Literal steps from the 1/2/3/ subway line and walkable access to all of downtown Cons: Ultimately, the building is directly across from Lennox hospital. You can sleep with earplugs and the windows closed, but if you're sensitive to noise and sirens, there's just no escaping them”

“Pros: The staff - in particular the doormen & maintenance folks are all extremely helpful/professional & improve the livability of the building. Cons: Management company was difficult to work with on certain matters.”

“Pros: Quiet, thick walls so I never hear my neighbors, well managed. Kind neighbors. Cons: Small one: noise from nearby school (or daycare?) during the day if you face the inner courtyard, but I got used to it quick and it didn't bother me.”

“Pros: Location really can't be beat. Steps away from the 123 trains and the heart of the West Village. Doormen and staff were all friendly. Cons: Condo building, so steep fees and board package required for renters. Rent was raised astronomically high after 1 year so I had to move out. No building amenities.”
