“Unit 1b Pros: Close to the Staten Island expressway. Cons: Landlord does not fix any repairs unless you act legally in terms of taking him to court, reporting to district community housing renewal. Will tell you that there is nothing wrong with your apartment, when the conditions are inhabitable and that his mansion has the same issues. The difference is thats his mansion he can choose to live that way, when you are renting there is no reason to live with lack of safety, cleanliness and quality of life. Advice to landlord: Be kind to your tenants, understand they are helping your financial goals and deserve to live like humans.”

Parking in rear of building which is great. Cons: 1 tenant thinks she is a entitled individual.complains about everything and everyone. Advice to landlord: Keep Up the good work!”
