“Unit 2A Pros: Quiet, & close to transport. Cons: Illegal cellar spaces flood in heavy rains, landlord is committing several kinds of fraud, landlord does not keep their word. Advice to landlord: Stop building illegal units. Don't commit fraud by leaving them out of tax declarations and exemptions.”
