“Pros: Great location such a lovely street and the neighbors are great. Great restaurants and shops all around, very close to Soho and Noho. Love EZ (maintenance/super). Cons: A little loud because of all the young bars on the street, management wasn't super responsive to a rodent issue I had but then EZ came and saved the day. Also not very close to any green space Advice to landlord: Would love better trash options than the public street ones bc they're almost always full”
