“Pros: Location, water pressure, apartment layout, large windows. Friendly landlord, normally responds quickly. Cons: Common areas in building are not well kept by building i.e. stairs etc, scuffs on walls (probably hasn't painted in a while) but nothing outrageous. You should plan to clean these areas yourself. Advice to landlord: Routine cleaning & maintenance. Buzzer to building units.”
