“Unit 5D Pros: Big units , newer than a pre-war building. Cons: Hard to get improvements in the units when you are there longer. Noise between units Advice to landlord: Keep maintaining the units”

“Pros: Lots of space and light Cons: Super is extremely unresponsive. Leasing management company is terrible and unresponsive. We lived in an apartment without a working fridge and with bed bugs for over 1 month and the leasing management still expected we pay rent. I had to get an attorney involved before either situation was remedied.”
