Cons: The construction outside is deafening. Heatherwood's dealings often seem dishonest which is why one tenant has apparently filed a class action lawsuit against the building for over charging us rent for years.”

Cons: Management were terrible at responding, and treated the workers like crap. The building was poorly designed, so the whole building had air leakage. It very difficult to keep the apartments cool during the summer. Advice to landlord: Stop worrying about money and taking advantage of people, and start taking care of the people that keep building operational. Fire your management team.”
