They did not clean our apartment prior to moving in. We have had water leaking from the ceiling and sewage water flooding our apartment multiple times and they have done nothing to alleviate the problem. Every time we put in a report the super says he has put in an order and it is never resolved. Advice to landlord: Stop being a landlord - you’re taking advantage of your tenants”
