“Unit 5C Pros: Everything is conveniently close: subway, groceries, hardware stores, convenience, food, you name it! My unit is a pretty good size, has tons of natural light, a spacious bathroom, AC/heat (not the window units), a good closet, W/D in unit, dishwasher (I don't use it but people normally wants to have one), sturdy windows with great insulation, a balcony, decent view, and it's located in a modern building with an elevator. Cold water is included in the rent. Cons: The neighborhood is not that pretty, the Super only comes twice a week, so it gets dirty, and there are roaches. The management is slow to reply. Water pressure in the shower could be better, but it is not that bad. Advice to landlord: More responsiveness and an everyday super. Be for active fighting roaches.”
