“Pros: - good landlord -clean -quiet -good neighborhood Cons: -sometimes there was a delay in getting things fixed”

“Pros: Great building. It’s clean and quiet. Units are updated and well insulated with updated appliances. Cons: Owner could be more responsive when it comes to general apartment but other than that a great unit.”
