“Pros: Bedrooms are at opposite ends of units, has new dishwasher and oven, safe area and close to transportation. Cons: Old building with hands-off landlord and management. They hiked up the prices and haven’t maintained the space, only a fresh coat of paint. Other than that, it’s a basic building and landlord does not care about tenants. Just money hungry, have never even seen them in person because they live in Jersey. Advice to landlord: Lower the rent. It’s not that worth it, even for the area. Also, be flexible and accommodating for your tenants.”
