“Unit D4 Pros: Roomy, big ceilings, elevator, great neighbors, beautiful and convenient neighborhood, pretty cheap. Cons: Right next to the subway, which is noisy. Old kitchen, no amenities. Way too few power outlets. Advice to landlord: New appliances please!”
