Cons: Pests (cockroaches in building, rats outside) Walk-up Cozy apartment/minimal communal areas Limited natural light No ability to control heat output (overall try warm) Advice to landlord: Modernize appliances and kitchen space Install closets in bedrooms Allow for temperature control”
