“Pros: Nice apartment with updates Cons: Common areas could be maintained better”

“Pros: Location is great. Cons: Landlord is trash. If you're rent stabilized, you might as well be dead. She could not care less about us! Advice to landlord: Stop being slimy. Respond to requests for service. Oh, and are you in Spectrum's back pocket? Why else would you not allow alternatives in the building? Clearly getting kickbacks!”

“Pros: Lovely area, building was clean and quiet, neighbors were very friendly and many have been in the building for years if not decades. Cons: Nothing unexpected - not an elevator building, but in good condition.”
