“Unit 1A Pros: Needed a sublet so I found a four bedroom for my friends for the summer through NYU students Cons: The apartment WAS NOT upkept tenant to tenant. Had sewar issues for years and I my bedroom was on the basement level, and after a rain storm the sewar filled with fecal matter at sat next to my running AC before I realize and got so horribly sick. Immediately moved out and company did not care. thankfully I was a sublet to not liable to pay the rest Advice to landlord: check on the units every year”

“Pros: The super is amazing, I’ve never had a bug or rodent problem. The other tenants are great. Cons: The heat sometimes stays on for too long. Advice to landlord: Nothing!! You guys are great!!”
