“Pros: Great neighborhood. No issues with landlord or neighbors Cons: Laundry room shared by 4 buildings and poorly kept. Maintenance in unit was half-assed Advice to landlord: Clean common spaces and make effective repairs”

“Unit 30 Pros: Fairly spacious. Responsive and helpful building management. Cons: Walk up. Laundry in basement of building next door and laundry room is unkept. Layout and floorpan is questionable (i.e. different level floors, walls askew, cabinetry not aligned with walls). Advice to landlord: Keep rents affordable.”

“Pros: Close.to central park. Allowed dogs. Always someone working on garbage and cleaning off sidewalk Cons: Roaches infested my apartment. Super is very responsive. Old building with some new updated units. Overpriced. Took a long time to get deposit back but got the entire deposit Advice to landlord: Spray all apartments”
