“Pros: Smaller building, nice neighbors, pretty safe, no stolen packages, water pressure always good, management responsive when needed. Cons: Gets too hot in the winter. Sometimes too cold in the winter. Gets too hot in the summer. We had roaches once. And mice once. But management took care of it quickly, which was good.”
