“Pros: Great live in super. Responsiveness timely. Follow up great. Rent control. 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Great light. Cons: Heat was great (never cold) but old school and very loud. Issues w deposit back. (Fought tooth and nail!) Advice to landlord: Improve the pipes. Follow up on security deposit”
