“Pros: Amazing location. Central, close to WSP, to the subway, and neighborhood is so beautiful and nice. Cons: Can't contact management whatsoever, super is trying to help but himself is not all that responsive. Apartment get VERY hot in the summer. In the winter the pipes outside the building are making awfully loud noises that keep you up. Advice to landlord: Try to provide a better experience to renters!”
