“Pros: Cheap appartements because of rent stabilization Cons: The landlord is very elderly and gets confused easily. Often you need to organize repairs yourself. Garbage in the appartment is really gross. Advice to landlord: If you are not able to manage the building anymore, please hire a management company.”
