— 165 EAST 35 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Doormen and super are the best. Apartment is clean. Laundry room is clean for the most part, have seen more roaches though. Elevator building. Cons: Construction all the time, super noisy and uncomfortable. Couldnt breathe from dust and debris due to construction in my balcony and my bedroom was unlivable and management yelled at me on the phone when I called. When I moved out management was extremely uncooperative and forced me to choose between 2 moving companies they rejected my COI. Management is extremely unresponsive. It was super cold in the winter terrible insulation and heating does not work properly i was even cold with a space heater. Trash chutes are extremely small and sometimes you need to go all the way down to basement. Toilet clogged couple times. Never cold water from tap always warm. Wall peeling off in the bathroom because there is no fan. Neighbor was super rude and violated my personal space and verbally harassed me for having guests on my balcony.”
